Processing Times

Wholesale Orders: At the moment, we are shipping wholesale orders within 2–8 business days.

Pre-Orders: If you purchased a pre-order item, please refer to the product description for the estimated ship date.
Made with Care
All of our embroidery is done in-house with care and attention to detail. Because of this, each order is personally handled and made with love. We are working hard to get every order out as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. for wholesale only If international shipping becomes available, we’ll make an announcement.
Delays
Please keep in mind that during peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
