Shipping Policy

When Will My Order Ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and shipment. Once your order has shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your location.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping on domestic orders for a $32 flat rate.

Expedited orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders submitted after 10:00 AM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

All expedited shipments are sent via UPS 2nd Day Air.

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers and are unable to refund shipping costs if delivery time guarantees are not met.

Shipping Insurance

We highly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout.

If you choose to opt out of shipping insurance, we are unable to assist with reimbursement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
