When will an item restock?
We work hard to bring back your favorite pieces whenever possible. Restocks are based on demand and production timelines, and we’re always evaluating which styles to return.
For the most up-to-date restock information, we recommend joining our email list and following us on social media for announcements.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to request a change, please email senasupport@gmail.com as soon as possible.
While we will always do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee order modifications after checkout. Orders are processed quickly, so we encourage you to carefully review all details before placing your order.
How do I update my shipping address?
For the first 30 minutes after placing your order, you may be able to update your shipping address directly through your order status page by clicking “View your order” in your confirmation email.
After 30 minutes, please contact senasupport@gmail.com, and our team will do our best to help. However, we are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Checking with household members or neighbors
If you are still unable to locate your package after 5 business days, please email senasupport@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and shipping address so we can assist further.
What is Route Package Protection?
Route is an optional package protection service available at checkout. It covers orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If you opt in to Route, their support team will replace or refund your order based on your preference. Claims are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days of filing.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we are always happy to help guide you toward a solution.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double-check all items, sizes, and shipping details before completing checkout.
How do I know my size?
Please refer to the size guide located on each product page for detailed measurements and fit recommendations. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out prior to ordering — we’re happy to help with sizing guidance.
Wholesale
We are not currently accepting new wholesale accounts.
For wholesale inquiries, please contact bysenawholesale@gmail.com with information about your store and a copy of your resale certificate.

What if I receive the wrong size or a damaged item?
If you believe you received an incorrect item or a product that is damaged, please contact senaswimwear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.
We kindly ask that you inspect your items upon arrival and reach out before wearing or washing them. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise handled beyond inspection are not eligible for replacement.
Requests submitted outside of the 14-day window may not be eligible for exchange or resolution.
Our goal is always to ensure you receive your order as intended, and we’re happy to review any concerns within the appropriate timeframe.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Because our collections are produced in limited quantities and small batches, this policy allows us to minimize excess inventory and operate with a more sustainable, intentional approach to fashion.
We understand that this may not work for everyone, and we encourage customers to review sizing details and product information carefully before completing their purchase. Our team is always happy to assist with questions prior to ordering to help you feel confident in your selection.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.

How long does embroidery take?
If you choose to add embroidery to your order, please allow an additional 1–5 business days for processing. Each embroidered piece is customized specifically for you, and we take extra care to ensure every detail is completed properly before shipping.
